Umtauschsendungen erfolgen gegen Portoberechnung, sofern es sich nicht um Garantiefälle oder Versehen unsererseits handelt. Rücksendekosten, die durch Annahmeverweigerung einer bestellten Warensendung entstehen, gehen zu Lasten des Kunden.
Lieferzeiten:
Die vereinbarte Lieferzeit wird möglichst eingehalten. Ereignisse höherer Gewalt, Krankheit, Maschinenbruch, Mangel an Rohstoffen und dgl. gelten als genügende Gründe für Aufschub oder Aufhebung des Liefertermins. Irgendwelche Ersatzansprüche aus verspäteter oder nicht erfolgter Lieferung sind ausgeschlossen.
